Our approach combines two complementary paths. Trivara Capital represents our core focus – investments in companies that operate across the fields of Digitalisation and Decarbonisation. In addition, Trivara Projects selectively invests in renewable energy projects, contributing to the energy transition at the infrastructure level.
Trivara Capital
We invest in companies that drive the transformation towards a digital and climate-neutral economy. Our investments follow clear parameters:
Enterprise Value: EUR 5–50m (up to 100m with co-investments)
Company Size: typically EUR 5–100m in revenues
Situation: succession solutions, buyouts, carve-outs, operational potential
Deal Types: majority, significant minority, portfolio deals / secondaries
For companies we really like, we also invest opportunistically in early-stage situations. But only if our expertise and operational involvement can make a tangible difference.
Trivara Projects
Alongside our corporate investments, we selectively develop and invest in renewable-energy projects:
Technologies: Solar PV (rooftop and freefield), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Project Types: leaseholds and project rights, RTB/turnkey, grid-connected
Investment Size: EUR 0.5–5m per project
